COLLABORATE COMMUNICATE CO-CREATE
The Program: C3 is a culture transformation process designed to fast-track the required culture shift. It equips leaders with the tools and skills to navigate and lead their teams through the required transformation. It includes a unique process where team-members, themselves, map the current reality versus the desired culture, then co-create the actions required. In essence the team members transcend engagement to accountability for the results achieved both at an individual and team level. Created by Ian Stephens, co-founder of the enRich Training & Development (enRich), C3 is a proven process where ‘Inspired Leaders’ meet ‘Engaged Teams’ in order to drive financial and operational performance.
C3 involves 5 phases over the course of a 4 – 12 month period including Research, The O.A.R-inspired Leadership Module, Team Members Workshop – “Mapping the Journey”, Implementation Phase, and finally Measure Progress and Celebrate.
